We typically buy properties under market value. We do this so that we can fix them up and resell them for profit later. As a result, we will often make a discounted offer. However, the up side is that you get out of your house quick, you get hard cash, and you do not have to do any of the repairs or other hard work yourself. There is also no commission or any other fees you need to worry about. Essentially, we work with you home owners to find a win-win solution.

We have a straight forward process to determine our offer price on a property. We look at the current repairs needed, location of the house, comparable sales in the neighborhood, and rent prices. We take all of this into consideration in order to offer you a price that makes sense for both of us.

No, you are under no obligation to sell us your property when you submit our form. We simply use that information to analyze your property and get back to you to discuss I more thoroughly. Once we make an offer, it is up to you, whether or not you want to accept it. You can stop the process at any time if you no longer feel that it is the right time to sell.

What makes you different from a real estate agent?

 

Real estate agents list your property and hope someone will buy it. We are the actual buyer, ready to make an offer and close. When you list with an agent, you are committing to a long expensive process that could take anywhere from 6-12 months. We on other hand will close in under 30 days.

There are no fees or commissions you have to pay when you work with us. We get paid later down the line after we have paid to repair the property and sell it to make a profit. We take on all of the risk of doing so and managing the property while doing it.

Great question. We’re not agents, and we don’t list houses. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses for cash in the that meet our purchasing criteria. From there we may repair the house and resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental ourselves.
